RS India Sales Structure

This role is for the Field based Sales Engineer and the role holder must be capable to nurturing strong professional ties with our customers and servicing their product fulfilment needs as expected from the leaders in the B2B distribution space.

Here the assigned targets are a joint responsibility of 2 members. i.e. One field based - customer facing - sales engineer, and one head office based - Inside Sales Specialist.

Each unit is jointly responsible for meeting the revenue and business expansion targets this approach guarantees that the customers get the best representation.

The role holder is the first line of response to customers for technical and commercial queries.
The individual will need to demonstrate a strong learning agility and will have the opportunity to sell a wide range of products including Electronics, Electrical, Semiconductors, Test &Measuring Instruments, Power supplies, Tools & electro mechanical components etc.

Responsibilities

1. Achieving the Sales Targets via: existing as well as new customers, ensuring repeat orders.
2. Strengthening existing customer relationships & acquire new customers & revive lapsed customers.
3. Ensuring speedy and satisfactory resolution of customer enquiries and complaints in the region.
4. Visit Planning & Management: To Ensure highest possible engagement with customers, both potential and existing by regular customer visits.
5. Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required
