About the Inside Sales Role.
For individuals seeking to be a part of a fast paced, performance oriented role, a role in the inside sales job.
At RS we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. The inside sales teams core responsibility is to ensure that the sales targets are achieved by having strong professional ties with our customers and servicing their product fulfilment needs.

The inside sales specialists guides the customers from the enquiry to quotation till the delivery of product.
Here at RS for any given territory the team comprises of a field based Sales Individual and inside sales individual based at Head Office. This winning combination ensures that our customers gets the best support technically and commercially.

Key Result Areas / Principal Responsibilities of the Profile:

1. Ensure that the sales targets are comfortably achieved, by: Generating business from Existing customers & reviving lapsed customers.
2. Consistent professional & competent delivery of the RS Value proposition to the customer base.
a. Achievement of KPMs & objectives within defined territory.
3. Customer database management & email management.
4. Call Planning & Management ( Doing target calls ie; 40 50 quality call per day)
5. Work with the support team for required coordination over customer orders.
6. Complete other tasks as required by your manager

Skills Required:
1. Identify & deal with objections preventing customers from doing business with RS.
2. Proactive assessment of customer needs & potential.
3. Good Knowledge and experience in Marketing, Sales and Business development.
4. Having a practical and business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
5. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
6. Brilliant time management and decision making skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraint

Mandatory Skills:

1. Expertise in Microsoft Office
2. Exceptional written and communication skills
3. Hands on experience in daily MIS reports
4. Analytical orientation
