Job Description

Key Result Areas / Principal Responsibilities of the Profile:

A. To deliver monthly target and maintain YTD (Year To Date) target along with business growth.
B. Generating business from Existing customers & reviving lapsed customers.
C. Developing business relationship with the customers through rapport building.
D. Accurately assess customer needs & potential.
E. Identify & deal with objections preventing customers from doing business with RS.
F. Data Management & Mail management.
G. Call Planning & Management ( Doing target calls ie; 40 50 quality call per day)
H. Consistent professional & competent delivery of the RS Value proposition to the customer base.
I. Achievement of KPMs & objectives within defined territory.
J. Complete other tasks as required by your manager

Working Days : Monday - Friday
Timings : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Location : ETT Tower,Sector 132,Noida,201301
Transport Facility : To and fro from Botanical metro station to Office

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Sales Incentive
