About the Inside Sales Role.

At RS we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
The inside sales teams core responsibility is to ensure that the sales targets are achieved by having strong professional ties with our customers and servicing their product fulfilment needs.

The Inside Sales Engineers guide the customers from the enquiry to quotation till the delivery of product.

At RSC for any given territory the team comprises of a field based Sales Individual and inside sales individual based at Head Office. This winning combination ensures that our customers gets the best support technically and commercially.

Key Result Areas / Principal Responsibilities of the Profile:

1. Generating business from Existing customers & Reviving lapsed customers.
2. Achievement of KPMs & objectives within defined territory.
3. Customer database management & email management.
4. Call Planning & Management as per set benchmarks.
5. Solving the technical queries over the call with customer.
6. Work with the support team for required coordination over customer orders.
